Still moving ahead, here is the latest update from TVI-GAT. The more people that co-operate in the co-op the faster we will all move.
We are happy to announce that we have activated a new software package to facilitate an advertising co-operative system.
We have several TVI-GAT members who have a good deal of experience in online advertising who have been approved to manage coop advertising campaigns in our system.
Log into your back office and click on "Purchase Co-op Advertising" on the left menu to see a list of available ads that are slated to run. You may purchase any number of available shares from the coop for your or any other member account you choose. Once an ads shares are sold out, the ad will be run and you will receive a "share" (rotated disbursal) of the traffic that is generated from the advertising directly to your system capture page!
This is our latest development in arming our members to the teeth with options that keep you in control of your business growth ... enjoy!
NOTE: As this is a brand new system, many of our professional advertisers have just set up new AlertPay Accounts and integrated them with our system to be fully automated through the payment process. As this is the case, some of them can not yet accept credit card payments, but are working on applications and will have that functionality in the next few days. If you have an AlertPay balance, you can purchase shares now. If you need to pay with a credit card, PayPal or some other method, please review the Ad Description when viewing an ad as many of our advertisers have special instructions to accommodate other payment methods.
TVI-GAT has developed this software to help facilitate teamwork and cooperative advertising cost sharing, but need members to remember that when you purchase shares in an advertising campaign, you are purchasing directly from the advertiser and not from the company.
ALSO: We are receiving a good number of tickets from members asking when their Purchased Referrals will be delivered. We want to explain one more time to everyone how the Referral Purchasing System works.
When you purchase referrals, you are paying for the right to have your account take priority over someone else who has NOT paid for referrals when spillover (over sponsorship) comes from your upline. It is NOT the company that is solely responsible for providing delivery of your purchased referrals, but your upline, including the company at the top of the matrix. We CAN NOT GUARANTEE when purchased referrals will be delivered. This is entirely dependent on your upline and position in the matrix and how many above you have also purchased referrals. We see many members receive delivery of their paid referrals very quickly and many that wait weeks or more for delivery. Again, TVI-GAT does not have a magical box of paid members waiting to fill your paid applications. The company works in conjunction with your upline to sponsor as many new members as we can to fill the paid referrals.
On the same note, we know it is never fun to "sit and wait" for someone upline to build your business and although we have the paid referral system, would never advise a member to "wait" and not be proactive in building their business. We encourage all of our members to actively market and promote the program. If you have paid for referrals and subsequently sponsor new members, you will automatically receive a refund for your paid referral. With our new Coop Advertising program, you now have yet another very easy way to "take control" of your business and be pro-active without having any marketing skills at all. Many of the share costs in the advertising coop are cheaper than purchasing referrals, so be sure to use this new tool before you just purchase referrals and then wait for something to happen.

TVI-GAT - NPA Feature Update
After considerable feedback and careful consideration today on the newly integrated NPA program, we have decided to make a change to the initial NPA deadlines for all existing members.
We received overwhelming positive feedback on the program, which was reassuring that we have your best interests in mind with the development of this feature.
That said, we did receive some feedback that the initial deadlines for our existing members should be at least 2 weeks in the future since we have only officially integrated this new feature today.
On the flip side of that topic, many members are anxious for the feature to take effect and want the deadlines based on initial enrollment as they may be stalled now by non-performing downline.
We would like to point out that this NPA feature has been in place since the conception of TVI-GAT, but has simply not been realistic to "enforce" until this new software system we have recently developed.
All things considered and after much deliberation, we always want to error on the side of fairness and give every member the proverbial "benefit of the doubt", so we have decided to reset the NPA Deadline to December 6th, 2009 for all existing members.
This will provide all existing members a full 2 week period to perform from today ... the same set of rules and timelines that a new member joining today is accountable to.
We hope you agree that although this may be an additional delay for some folks who may be stalled now, we want the reputation of a company that will never "throw our members a curve ball"!

We are excited to announce the installation of our new NPA program and want to inform all of you how it works ...
The NPA (Non-Performing Affiliate) program has been designed to protect TVI-GAT members from investors and non-performing affiliates stalling their business progress and creating delays while trying to reach TVI Express enrollment qualification.
New TVI-GAT members have 14 days after joining the program to either personally sponsor members into their downline or to purchase referrals using the Referral Purchasing System located in the members' back office. Either of these actions constitutes "Performance" on the part of a member and will protect the member's account from being flagged as an NPA for the life of the account.
After 7 days from enrollment, accounts that have not yet "performed" will start to receive daily emails from the TVI-GAT software system that reminds them of their NPA Deadline on day 14 and encourages them to take action by performing. It is at this point that their account will have their NPA deadline listed in their upline's "View Downline" Report as well.
If a non-performing account reaches it's deadline without "performing", the account will be officially "flagged" as an NPA (Non-Performing Account). The account owner receives an email stating such and their upline will now see the account flagged as a "NON-PERFORMING ACCOUNT" in their "View Downline" Report.
As an NPA account, if an upline member of the account provides a referral that would normally fall in the account's downline, the NPA account will be cancelled and the newly signed position will REPLACE the NPA account's position.
If your NPA deadline passes, your account is flagged and is then cancelled due to non-performance, the cancellation will be permanent and your position in the company matrix will be lost PERMANENTLY. This can not be reversed. To deter NPA account holders from joining again and possibly stalling another downline, the IP and email address of any cancelled NPA accounts will be banned from the TVI-GAT program.
Once an account has been flagged as an NPA, the account is still fully active and may "perform" at any time to remove the flag and return the account to a healthy status, but this MUST be done before the account is cancelled and replaced ... NPA accounts are effectively in a "Sudden Death" status and must race to perform before they are cancelled.
The purpose of this matrix anti-stall feature is NOT to punish anyone, but to help ensure that every paying member succeeds in our program. It is a feature, and one that our members love and depend on. We want you to cycle and earn over and over again. We have made it very easy for everyone to succeed. If you cannot recruit 2 new members, then buy 2 referrals. That's all it takes to prevent account cancellation.

Update from Clay - What we are working on now...
We have had a few complaints about the graphic image on the
livingdreams.biz splash page. I don't want to turn this into
a big political debate with anyone but I did not personally
create that splash page and didn't ever think about it as a
political statement. I thought it was humorous and it's the
financial statement that got my attention.
What I wanted to do was wait until my video guy gets me a
nice video to replace that graphic with but that might take
too long so today I removed that graphic and the large text
from the top of the splash page.
If anyone opened a support ticket about that graphic it will
not get a reply. We are going to resolve any tickets like
that. Some of them were rude and even vulgar and there is no
excuse for adults acting like that.
Yesterday and today we are working on the TVI Express
Enrollment process. The programming for this includes making
the money available for paid referral refunds and sponsoring
bonus to pay out on our weekly payday's. Payday is every
Thursday so we are trying our best to get this part done by
this evening so we can do our first payday today. Worst case,
if we run into delays, we should be able to pay out tomorrow.
Then every Thursday after that.
Part of the TVI Express Enrollment process is automating as
much of that as we can. That part will be done no later than
tomorrow and I will start feeding more people into TVI shortly
after that and probably over the weekend as well. Then I
think we will always have people ready to go into TVI on a
daily basis and that number will gradually grow.
Remember, you earn $100 when you cycle. You earn $20 when one
of your 2 direct referrals cycle. You earn $15 anytime you
recruit someone who falls in your downline under someone who
purchased referrals. Those are the 3 ways you can earn. The
first 2 cycles for you and your referrals are held in escrow,
but do show up in your account balance, to feed you into TVI
Express.
Any sponsoring bonuses are pooled separately so you can get
that money in your pocket weekly. After you are enrolled in
TVI Express, any other cycles for your or your referrals are
paid to your AlertPay account on Thursday's.
We actually have a lot going on in the background that you
all don't know about. For example, I'm working with a company
that I'm about to hire to insure our domain and IP address is
whitelisted with every major ISP and ESP out there. I also
just set up an account with an off-site SMTP mailer service
so updates like this will get out faster and they guarantee
100% deliverability. I'm also working on setting up a merchant
account to accept credit card payments.
There's a LOT more on the list. Most of the other items are
going to be done by Ben, the programmer, and he expects to
complete everything within the next 7 days.
Example of things still to come...
- The Non-Performing Affiliate program. This is the Matrix
Anti-Stall feature I spoke about before.
- The Product Distribution Module
- Integrated Ad Co-Op
- Feature packed Forum with Members Only and Public sides
- Professional quality videos, one of which will be 12-15
minutes explaining exactly how TVI-GAT works step by step
- Additional splash pages for members to choose from. This
will include different designs and some that are designed to
target a specific audience.
- Ability to customize the secondary splash page by uploading
a picture of yourself to use instead of my picture.
- A Getting Started section in the members area that walks
new members through the steps they need to take after they
join
- Addition of a multiple position purchase option so people
can, for example, buy a 3 pack and pay one time and the system
creates all 3 positions at one time
- Translation of the entire website to other languages.
Spanish will be the first one we do.
- Implement SEO technology once the site is complete
The tasks above are not listed in order. When the product is
in place I will announce an official launch date for TVI-GAT.
That's what will make us legal and hence, the reason I have
not announced a launch date yet.

TVI-GAT has new capture system
Wow guys new tool.... please use it.
We are happy to announce the release of your newly integrated prospect capture system!
Log into your back office and view your new capture system link at the top of each page in red.
Your capture page is designed to capture the personal contact information of your prospects that respond to your advertising.
When a prospect visits your capture page and enters their personal information, they will be added to your new Contact Manager (in your back office on the left menu), be inserted into an administratively run autoresponder that will automatically market to them via email on your behalf and you will be notified via email that your have a new prospect and provide their contact information.
The purpose of a capture system is to enable you to become personally involved with your prospects at the beginning of the sales process, so please be sure to contact your prospects that respond to your ads, identify yourself and help them get the answers they need to make a decision.
Your new Contact Manager is a very simple feature that will allow you to keep track of your prospects and take notes on your prospects as you speak with them personally.
Since each member now has a personal site at www.livingdreams.biz, please start marketing your personal capture page instead of the root address (www.livingdreams.biz). The system is currently designed to be reverse compatible and will still ask prospects who their sponsor is if you have older marketing out there, but we will be removing this feature in 2 weeks, so be sure to start advertising your new capture link instead of www.livingdreams.biz and update any marketing you can that is already live.

TVI-GAT: New Refund Process for Pending Activations
There is now a new refund process implemented in the system as of today
for anyone who joins but never activates their account.
As you know, the sign up process is now fully automated and it's a 2-step
process. We don't ask your prospects for very much information on the
sign up page on purpose. We want to make it as easy and quick as
possible for them to join under you. They only need to fill in their name and
email address and click on the button to pay the $37.
After the payment is complete the new member is taken to a Thank You
page. That page tells them they are NOT finished yet. They need to activate
their account to be placed in the matrix under their sponsor. An email goes
out to them with an activation link in it. They must go check their email and
click on that link.
When they do that they are taken to a new page with a form to fill in that
has all the information that TVI Express requires for enrollment. They fill
in the form and submit it and that builds (activates) their account and puts
them in the matrix.
Approximately 5% of the daily signup's are getting stuck in the pending
activations queue. These are all people who completed that first step and
we have successfully received their payment. But they never take that
second step to activate their account. About half the time that emails goes
to their spam folder but they never look there. Sometimes their ISP blocks
that email at the server level. In either case this is not something wrong
with our system. It's something that can be avoided by checking spam or
using a more reliable email address.
New members are also instructed on that Thank You page to submit a
support ticket if they don't receive the activation email within an hour or
so. We do get some tickets about that and we can then ask for a new
email address after trying to resend the activation email to them one more
time.
This new process implemented today will do 2 things. Once a day it will
resend all activation emails for anyone in that queue automatically. It also
checks to see if they have been in there for 7 days or more. If they have
the system removes them from that queue and generates a support
ticket to me with the information I need to find that transaction and refund
the payment.

I know it's been too long since I sent you an update myself
and I want to apologize for that. Honestly I've been so busy
I find it hard to believe that it's been almost 7 days since
we put the new software online.
Ok, down to business. We're getting lots of praises about
the new software but we're also getting some complaints from
people about referrals not being delivered yet. Anyone who
says that just doesn't have a clue what's been going on and
what I'm trying to do right now.
Definitely do not use the last month as a fair measure of
how long it takes to cycle or to get referrals you paid for.
Everyone should know we have never guaranteed a certain time
frame for delivery of referrals. We DO guarantee that you
will get them. What you may not understand is where all these
referrals come from.
Everyone has people above them or the company (Me) doing some
advertising to generate referrals. As those people come in
they trickle down the pipe filling the first empty holes
available. If the system gets down to your 1st level and you
have NOT paid for referrals but someone else on the same
level has, the software will give priority to the person who
bought referrals. So if you're sitting there not doing a
thing, you'll be waiting for a while.
Now that you know how that works, I need to also tell you this
program has NOT officially launched yet. I will not announce
an official launch date until we have 3 more things in place.
1) Integration of our LivingDreams.biz splash page and the
autoresponder follow up series with our affiliate site.
2) The TVI Express enrollment process - the system will track
who is qualified to enter TVI and when.
3) Our Product distribution module - The product will make us
legal. I have made arrangements with a leads provider that I
have used for many years to provide me with quality, fresh
leads on a daily basis. Every paid member will receive 1000
fresh bizopp seeker type leads for their $37. Leads will
include all contact information including phone numbers.
Look at number 1 above. Although the traffic and paid signup's
have more than doubled (daily) since the new software was put
online, there are still a lot of good marketers in TVI-GAT
who know better than to spend money on advertising when there
is no follow up series and no way to capture those visitors.
Myself included. I have pooled thousands of dollars ready to
start some major, major advertising campaigns but I will not
spend that money when I know those 2 things are not there yet.
When that is done, everyone will receive an update letting you
know. I expect the referral delivery rate to increase by 500%
or better. Today I got with the programmer to list all the
additions and enhancements still left to fulfill as part of
our original contract and I put that list in priority order.
Integration of the livingdreams.biz site is now at the top of
that list.
What we are working on right now:
1) A few more enhancements to the administrative area to help
me help you in a more expedient manner.
2) Integrating the livingdreams.biz splash/capture page, the
autoresponder follow up series, and adding a Contact Manager
to the tviglobalassistteam.com affiliate sites.
3) Add the TVI Express enrollment process.
For the next 2 weeks you are going to see a lot of additions
and enhancements. The list is long but the time frame to
complete each one is not. I will try to do a better job of
keeping you posted on our status. You deserve to have better
communication.
Two weeks from now we will be in full swing AND we will have
a new ad co-op in place. We will go from a few dozen people
actively promoting TVI-GAT to 1000's of people all promoting
us and providing referrals to our downline.
One last note. This update is already longer than I wanted it
to end up! I think there has been some confusion about whether
it's ok to get more than 2 referrals. We have a lot of people
who got their 2 and stopped telling people because they thought
they were not allowed to sponsor anymore than 2. These are
people who are very capable of getting 10, 20 or even 50+
referrals and I feel like the old FAQ page might have been the
reason for this which makes it my fault.
Let me explain very briefly. If you have 2 referrals and you
can get more, those extra people will fall in your downline
and the system will build your downline evenly level by level.
They system will also look to see if someone down there paid
for referrals and put the new person there first. That way
you get the $15 sponsorship bonus. We have some members who
are making $500+ a week just from sponsorship bonuses. That
can be a whole new income stream for you or it can give you
an ever-growing advertising budget or both.
My recommendation to you is, if you have lists or paid
memberships or free advertising sources you know work well,
then by all means slam them all with ads about TVI-GAT right
now. When the splash page is integrated don't feel shy about
paying for good advertising. It's easy to get that money back
and then some. The more people YOU have above you and below
you doing the same thing, the faster you will get into TVI
Express and cycle for that $10,000.
I know this is November but I still plan on cycling in TVI
at least twice by Christmas. I can't do that without making
several of you cycle too. So who's with me? Let's rock this
thing!
